  • Returns & Exchanges

    • We accept returns or exchanges on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

    • To be eligible, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging. Items that show any signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

    • For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at finewoodworkersstudio@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    Restocking Fee

    • We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for items that are returned used, damaged, or otherwise not in new condition.

    All sales are final on custom-made or personalized orders.

    • Due to the unique nature of custom-built furniture and personalized items, these pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    • We are not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, such as misspelled names or inaccurate measurements.

    • Natural variations in wood grain, color, and knots are part of the unique character of our products and are not considered defects.

    • We will provide design proofs for your review and approval before starting any custom work. We are not responsible for errors in the final product once the proof has been approved.

    • Cancellation policy: Once work has begun on a custom piece, the order cannot be canceled for a refund. Any deposit made will be non-refundable.

    Exceptions for custom orders

    • In the rare instance that a custom item is faulty, damaged in shipping, or does not match the approved design proof, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

    • Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the damage or discrepancy will be required.
